conditions at purchase for coaching or personal training packages

Packages for nutrition coaching or personal training will be BILLED MONTHLY until you contact us to cancel.

Illinois: There is a 3 Month minimum billing for personal training packages

Payment obligations will be enforced per trainer and can vary per your trainer.

Conditions for Nutrition Coaching and/or Personal Training will be emailed to you, the customer, at purchase.

  1. How long will it take to process my order?
    You will be contacted by your coach or trainer within 24 hours of your order. Orders will be processed as soon as possible. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays, will be processed the next business week.

Refund Policy

At PhyQ Nutrition & Training LLC we want to ensure you are satisfied with your experience and the ordering process. Requests for refunds are uncommon; but our policies are:
Payments made to PhyQ Nutrition & Training for any digital products are NOT refundable.

Payments made to PhyQ Nutrition & Training for any services (coaching, personal training) are NOT refundable, but may be transferred to another user.

What Information Do We Collect?

PhyQ Nutrition & Training LLC is providing this privacy statement to ensure our dedication to customer privacy. When you visit PhyQ Nutrition & Training LLC you can expect the following practices:

  • We do not acquire any personal information unless it is specifically volunteered to us
  • We do count the number of visitors, but do not acquire their personal information.
  • The information volunteered to us is only used to process transactions with a secured third party merchant
  • We do use cookies in order to organize your shopping cart.

PhyQ Nutrition & Training LLC only collects information provided by you, the website user, when you place an order for our products or services, register on our site or create a member account, subscribe to our newsletters, or fill out contact forms. Website Security Methods and Fraud Prevention

All transactions are conducted in a secure environment to protect against fraudulent observation and or use. We do not store your financial information on the website.

Any credit card information, or other sensitive information, collected by PhyQWellness.com is first transmitted to Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted in transmission. All authorized persons are required to keep information accessed via our database confidential. At our discretion, orders received over the phone or internet may require photo I.D. verification.

Payments

We prefer that customers pay for merchandise via; Paypal, (MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.) Please contact us if you prefer to process payments using Venmo or GooglePay.  For customers who prefer to mail us their order, we accept Cashiers Checks or Money Orders **ONLY**.

(For Personal Checks, there will be at least a 10 Day waiting period for the check to clear).  All hard copy forms of payment must clear our bank before we process the order for shipping. These hard copy forms of payment can slightly delay the processing, and in turn, our fulfillment times.)

Currency in which transactions on PhyQWellness.com will be conducted is in United States currency.

Vacation policy

In a 52-week year, all clients should prepare and expect that 2-4 weeks will NOT be offered as check-in weeks due to trainer/coach vacations or emergencies.

In a 52-week year, all clients should prepare and expect that 1-3 weeks will be offered as OPTIONAL check-in weeks due to national holidays (this is already routinely done during the week of Thanksgiving or Christmas).

Trainers and coaches will be required to notify their clients of vacation weeks or optional check-in weeks 2 weeks ahead of time to give both parties adequate time to prepare for what is expected of them during that time frame.

As this is outlined ahead of time; we will not pause payments or extend the time to pay-in-fulls for any week that your trainer/coach takes a vacation, has an emergency, or offers an optional check-in week that you take advantage of -- as long as it falls within the boundaries defined above.
